Bravo gave the dog to a fellow breeder, as a gift, on the condition that he not breed it, nor represent it as originating with Bravo.  Defendant allegedly did both. Bravo sues on trademark infringement and breach of contract (a sentence such as ‘Munstro was obtained from Bravo’ would be true, and a fair use of the BRAVO trademark. Defendant allegedly gave up his fair use rights under contract).
