Claria, the pop-up ad company formerly known as Gator, is seeking $150 million in an IPO. Coverage via Google News here.

Elsewhere, rival pop-up company WhenU has sued the State of Utah alleging tht its anti-spyware law is unconstitutional.  Complaint here.  Via BNA’s Internet Law News.
