Google Modifies Trademark Policy For Keyword Sales

Google has modified its trademark policy iwth regard to keywords.  It will no longer remove trademarked terms from its inventory of keywords.  It will continue to monitor trademark abuses in the text of ads appearing on its site.  Google policy here.  Coverage here and here.
