Louisiana Decision Re Taxation of Trademark Holding Companies

Herald Tribune article reporting that Louisiana Tax Court has ruled against Geoffrey Inc., Intellectual Property holding company for Toys R Us, holding that Geoffrey owes Lousiana $800,000 in taxes attributable to trademark royalties.  More coverage here.
