Boeing has renamed its 7E7 Dreamliner to the 787, to conform with its previous serious of 7×7 names.

Boeing started as the Pacific Aero Products Company in 1916 according to this history.

Question:  Assuming that it is unauthorized, does the second image of a reflected scene in the bean infringe the copyright of the sculpture?  Note – I’m not talking about breach of license, as in the photographer apparently needed permission from the property
