Google Enjoined From Selling Keyword In Germany

DM News reports that a German company, Metaspinner, has obtained an order in Germany barring Google from selling the keyword PREISPIRATEN.  According to the article, Google had previously prevailed in a similar suit in Germany.  More coverage here.
