I certainly agree with the assessment that the restaurant and food industries represent high levels of creativity without (certain types) of IP protection. Not sure about the statement ‘there is more new and good music since Napster’ and that Napster is the cause of this (as opposed to, merely, the technology of streaming). It may be the case that advances in the technology of distribution is the more effective spur to creativity (example: Breaking Bad got made because there are no longer only three networks acting as gatekeepers to certain types of works).
